What are Custom Forms?

The Custom Forms tool is a new feature in CS360. It allows you to create new forms and/or modify existing forms by choosing from a wide variety of fields. It also allows for data validation and conditional display logic. Form templates can be created and used for Client Assessments and/or any other forms that an Agency uses for their clients. N.B., to enable this feature and to start creating new form templates from Settings, a user requires Admin permissions.

Custom forms can also be created for you by our Professional Services team. Please reach out to Support to discuss your needs and get an estimate.
