The Global Communications Log will show Communications entered under the Task/Communication tab of your:

· Clients

· Caregivers

· Payers

· Staff

· Prospective Clients

· Address Book entries

· Caregiver Applicants

The log can be filtered, using the highlighted buttons, to show communications from today or yesterday. You can also select to view all communications, which will take you to the Time Tracking Global Communication Log in the Scheduling module.

You can also add a new Communication record directly from the widget by clicking the + Communication button, which will open a selection pane.

From here you can select the person you wish to add the communication to. When you click Continue, you will be taken to their Task/Communication page and the New Communication window will open.
