Start by going to Client Profile>Rates>Edit Client Payer

 Then, scroll down to the authorizations that are entered and select the Edit Record icon

After you make the change in the authorization window and save the authorization, make sure you also update the payer

Last step:whenever you change anything within a payer, make sure you use the Sync Payer button to assign the newest configuration to all schedules that have not yet been billed:
