If the user is unable to see some schedules in a new invoice batch that is being created, it can be because of the following reasons:

(1) Either the schedule is not of approved status as a schedule shows up on the Create Invoice page only when it has been approved or is of the approved status.

(2) The schedule is already present in a Drafted/Finalized Invoice Batch.
