If the user gets a notification that the current password is incorrect, either the user is not copying the password correctly or is not accessing the latest Change Password email. 

When a user copies the temporary password, he/she may copy an additional space along with the password. 

When a change password email is sent to the user, the user must access the latest email as the password shared in every Change Password email is different.

If the caregiver has not yet completed the registration email, the new password reset link will ask them to complete the process. They will have to not only choose a new password to replace the temporary password, but also set up their security question and answer.
