• Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin.

  • Click the Settings icon in the Main toolbar.

  • Click the See all settings button.

  • Click the Attribute Codes link under Client Section.

  • Against the Skill Type Attribute category, we have listed all the default skill codes. Click the Edit icon for any item which you want to customize.

  • Let’s say we want caregivers with Memory attribute to work with clients who have Dementia/Alzheimer’s.

  • After clicking the Edit icon, the system will display the form above and you can rename Caregiver Attribute Dementia/Alzheimer’s to Memory or any other skill code and click the Update button to save these changes.

Now we have new skill code in the system as Memory.

You can visit the Admin Settings > Caregiver > Skill Codes section to view and configure newly-created skill code(s).
