• Log into the system as an Agency User, Owner, or Admin.

  • Click Schedule Calendar under the Scheduling menu.

  • The blue filters at the top of the page will allow you to filter by Office, by Territory, by Client/Caregiver, or by specific Caregiver

  • By default, you will see all Offices, all Territories, all clients and the current week

The color bars on the left side of each shift represent the status of the shift

By clicking on a shift, you can see the basic information of that shift and the notes associated with it. You can copy it to another day(s), send a text message to the client and/or caregiver, or delete the shift from this screen.

By clicking on the edit icon to the left of the client name (or if you have grouped the schedule calendar view by Caregiver, the caregiver name) you can edit information in multiple schedules at once. For instance, if you need to change the caregiver for 3 shifts during this week, or if you need to change the start/end times for some of the shifts, but not all of them.

To create a schedule, click on the correct day, and the schedule window will open for you to select the times, caregiver, service type and recurrence.
