The Birthday/Anniversary Report allows you to see birthdays or hiring anniversaries for your clients, caregivers or staff (admin and agency users). Note that hiring anniversaries are only available for caregivers.
To run this report hover over Reports in the main menu, then select Client from the pop-out menu, as shown.
Select Birthday/Anniversary Report from the list as shown.
This will open the report and allow you to filter the data as needed.
The following filters are available:
This will allow you to choose which office to view, if you have more than one. If you have only one office, it will be preset.
This will allow you to select whether to view clients, caregivers or staff. Only one option may be selected.
Status By Entity
This will allow you to choose whether to view active or inactive people. If required, both options can be chosen.
This will allow you to filter the data to a particular month or months. For example, you could choose to see only birthdays in September. You can select multiple or all months if required.
This will allow you to select whether to view birthdays, hiring anniversaries or both (for caregivers). For clients and staff, the only option in this filter will be birthday.
Once you have set your filters, select View Report to generate the report. The report will show as follows.
The name and date for each event will be shown, as well as whether it is a birthday or an anniversary. If the report has more than one page, you can use the options at the top of the page to navigate. You can also search within the report or download it as an Excel, CSV or PDF file using the save button.
