Admin/Agency users can view the Log history for schedule to view the details on changes made by user.
Open respective shift from client Calendar or Time Tracking View page. In pop-up window click on Log history on left side options.
You will view the details as explained below:
Column Name (shows details/element which was updated in schedule)
Old value (shows the old value which was replaced)
New Value (shows the new value with which replaced the old value)
Date/Time (when modified/made changes)
Modified by (shows the user name if done by User. Shows the System when office settings/rules get applied).
