Generally, you won't need to clear your mobile device cache to use your CareSmartz360 mobile app. Occasionally, if something isn't working correctly, we might ask you to try that step to see if it will resolve the issue.
Open the Settings of your phone.
Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page. ...
Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps.
Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing.
Tap the Clear cache button.
Open Settings and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts).
Scroll down and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.
In the popup, tap 'Clear History and Data' to confirm.
Note that this will log you out of any websites you've currently signed into.
