Whenever a caregiver calls to clock-in or clock-out, the call either gets attached with the schedule or goes to the Unidentified section. The following are the reasons behind the call going to the Unidentified section:

(1) The call is made out of the Grace Period put in the Office Settings.

(2)The call is made from an unidentified number.

When the caregiver makes a call for clocking in or clocking out, please make sure:

(1)The call is made from the client’s primary and time tracking number.

(2) If the caregiver is using his/her own phone for the clocking-in or clocking-out purpose, please make sure that the option is enabled to Allow clock-in/clock-out from Caregiver Mobile and that the caregiver's phone number is checked as "time tracking".
